Indibet Mobile Verification Concerns
One thing that really caught my eye during this Indibet review was the mobile verification aspect. You see, when I entered my mobile number to get the verification code, it came from my network provider (Airtel) and not from Indibet.
As you may know, Airtel and other network providers in India would send you the code only when you are using their dedicated services – broadband, tv, payment network, et cetera.
The fact that I got the code from Airtel was a bit concerning.
To this end, I reached out to Indibet’s customer service and they assured me that the company works with “all the mobile companies and have the same verification system.” So whether you’re an Airtel user or Vodafone, Jio, or any other operator – chances are you will receive your code directly from them.
Indibet Review of withdrawals
Indibet has done well to realise how much we Indians value local payment options such as PhonePe, BHIM, Paytm, et cetera. However, as you will see below, the selection of payment methods available for withdrawing is just awful.

While I did not find any major flaws in their deposits section, there is definitely room for improvement in the withdrawals. In this regard, I find Pure Win to be much better.
Indibet Withdrawal Problem
The withdrawal times leave much to be desired too if I’m honest, up to 3 days is far too long to wait these days! Get the best betting sites in India with instant withdrawal options here.
As things stand, you can withdraw your winnings from Indibet only via bank transfer. This means you will have to enter your account number, IFSC code, bank name, your name, and other relevant details to transfer the betting profits into your account.
This means that your transactions are more likely to be blocked as your bank may stop transactions from betting sites!
Oh, and before I forget, you will also have to fulfil your KYC obligations to initiate the withdrawal.

Indibet Review of Mobile Version
As things stand, Indibet has not got a dedicated mobile betting app for Android or iOS users. That said, it should not be that big of a problem since the website is quite all right for use on mobile browsers.
All features that you would find in the regular desktop version of Indibet can just as easily be accessed from your smartphone – all you need is a powerful internet connection!
However, I did find that the design of the footer was very crowded on mobile. The chat bubble covers the “Sign Up” button! It took me a few taps before I was able to hit Sign Up. I was also not a big fan of the Promotions banner taking up space at the top of the screen. Everything else worked very well though!
Indibet Review of Sports Betting
If you are purely a fan of cricket betting, then you will be pretty happy with Indibet. But if you are someone who also likes to dabble in football or tennis, then you may be better off checking out other online sports betting sites in India.
Don’t get us wrong – Indibet does offer sports betting in other events too but there is certainly room for improvement in terms of markets and just design.
Minimum and maximum betting amount
The minimum and maximum betting amount at Indibet varies across the type of event/competition and the sport itself.
The interesting part is you will be able to see the betting limits right under your bet slip when you select the betting market of your choice. They will be labelled as ‘Min’ and ‘Max.’
For cricket betting, we found this to be in the range of Rs.100 to Rs.1,00,000 while for other sports like football and tennis, it started at Rs.66 and can go anywhere up to Rs.1,50,000 and more in some cases.
Cricket betting
Indibet has done well to realise how much we Indians love online cricket betting – so much so that they have a dedicated section purely for this known as ‘Cricketbook.’
On Cricketbook, you will find pretty much any and every major sanctioned cricket tournament available to you for betting. Whether it is wagering on the IPL, Caribbean Premier League, Big Bash League, T20 World Cup, The Hundred, or any other international series, you will find it all and then some more.
Within cricket betting, you will find two options – Fancy and Fixed.
After reaching out to their customer support to understand the difference between the two, I found out that ‘Fixed’ mode is where the odds are fixed while in the ‘Fancy’ mode, the odds are ever-changing.
Coming to the depth of the markets themselves, that is something that Indibet can improve further. We have seen much better markets and odds on other sites like Betway and 10CRIC.
Additionally, their navigation could be a bit more user friendly and easier to understand – we wouldn’t be surprised if a new user finds it difficult to navigate their Cricketbook. We are yet to use them in our cricket betting tips, but that might change in the future!
Football betting
Having reviewed so many sites that offer online football betting in India over the last year or so, I can honestly say that Indibet has got its work cut out in this department.
While they do offer all major football events to Indian gamblers, the design and layout itself can be improved dramatically – right now, it seems quite complicated and difficult to browse through. Oh, you can also add a poor depth of markets to this list.
But keeping aside these factors, the biggest disappointment for me was the poor odds selection in certain markets. Honestly, they could do so much better. The odds are so bad. Want my advice? Tennis betting
I saw a similar set of problems in the tennis betting department as well.
While their odds on outright winner markets were fairly competitive, they simply did not have enough diversity in terms of other tennis betting markets – something which sites like Casumo and 22Bet have done well to capitalise on.
And then there is also the matter of navigation and design and just understanding the markets; for some reason, their tennis betting markets include words like Home, Away, and Goal?
We are sure it may be just a technical glitch but again, for someone new to tennis betting (or sports betting), this can be really confusing.
Indibet Live betting feature
For its few flaws, Indibet has certainly attempted to make up for it by offering live betting features to their players.
This is particularly impressive in their Cricketbook, where you can also see the live stream of major cricketing events on the site along with a scoreboard and event tracker. To put it differently, Indibet’s cricket platform is your one-stop-shop for all things cricket betting.
You can bet on the action as you go by analysing the data in real-time.
For other sports like football and tennis, we did not find the live streaming option – not surprising as it can be difficult to obtain the broadcasting rights. That said, the live betting feature is available and can be accessed by going to their Sportsbook section and tapping ‘Live.’

Indibet’s casino sections are split across three verticals – Live Casino, Teen Patti, and Slots. Once again, a commendable effort by them to match up to the other online casinos in India but in terms of games offered and navigation, they still have ways to go.

Within Indibet’s Live Casino games, I was very happy with the selection of table games available. The big hits from Evolution Gaming such as Dream Catcher, Lightning Roulette and Monopoly Live are easy to find from the lobby – which is always nice.
What I love more about the live casino at Indibet is the selection of local Indian games. You can play Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and the lesser-known Dragon Tiger too. Teen Patti even gets its own section on the website which is fantastic.
The live dealers are friendly and all game stats can be viewed in real-time on the screen. The minimum bet varies from game to game but from what we have seen, it starts at Rs.20 and can go up to Rs.100 and more.
Great job here Indibet! If you want to take a break from the sportsbook, then online gambling at the live casino is well worth your time.
Slot Games
First off: Indibet, where are the fan favourite games? I didn’t see any of the most popular slot games available to play at all! I even tried to search for them, but the design of the slots page is so bad that I gave up completely. Instead of the much-loved Book of Dead, you can play something called Book of Rest instead…no thanks!
So, what you get when you arrive at the slots game section is a lot of online slots from EvoPlay and no way to search for what you want to play. You can’t test the games from logged-out mode too, which I found very unusual.
This is not great, especially if you are playing on mobile. I am hoping that the Indibet site will see some improvements here in the future.

While Indibet has an impressive response time and compares well to the other established giants in the industry, I believe they can improve their services by being a bit more cordial.
Case in point, I reached out to their customer support team for a minor query while creating my Indibet review and before they could answer it, they had to confirm my last betting date and amount for ‘security purposes.’ That said, they did answer my queries professionally and certainly seemed knowledgeable on the subject. I reached out a second time to ask about the deposit methods and they ignored my question and tried to close the chat…
Also, I needed to provide my username, full name, phone number and email address every time I want to talk to customer support…WHY?! Oh, and make sure you remember the DATE you signed up at too – because they will ask you for that!
